Of course, this would be in a traditional family. Today, families are far more dynamic and may choose to name their child in any manner they like. But the fact remains we are all given a name.

My name is Joanne……… According to a google search, my name originates from Hebrew meaning God is Gracious. It is also a female derivative of the name John. A further search provided the information that this name is no longer popular and is in the land of Mom or Grandmother due to its popularity in the 1930’s through to the 1950’s. Good to know!
